Work Mindfulness was founded in 2014, as a way to offer mindfulness-based life coaching, counseling, and guidance.  Our work is based on the field of neuroscience, mindfulness and positive psychology.  We work with individuals, groups, families, businesses or organizational communities that seek transformation.  We help you to engage more vibrantly, to recognize and choose self-directed outcomes

We offer several programs that relieve stress, increase awareness, and build insight. We help individuals generate a higher level of awareness and performance.  You are provided with the tools to strengthen stress resilience, your brain, and its connections to enhance happiness.  You are invited to connect your heart, mind, body, spirit and emotional awareness to achieve greater well-being.
