Fall into a new you, with the 8 Week Mindfulness Based Wellness and Health program.  This is a certificate program that provides comprehensive learning to help you to be your best every week.  

Join this 8-week mindfulness program and get the tools you need to create a personalized mindfulness practice. This program is designed to help you build “mental muscles” and strengthen a sustained personal practice,  Participants will learn the neuroscience of mindfulness and then apply mindfulness techniques in class, at home or work, to deal with everyday stress or emotional triggers, that might otherwise hook us into behaviors or actions that we might regret later.  

The course is weekly on Monday evenings. Individuals will learn through experiential work, reading, videos and meditation apps.  All individuals will receive homework assignments.

Registration fee is $198.00, plus an Eventbrite processing fee.  The course overview and dates are below:
