Health & Wellness with Mindfulness

We offer an 8-week program which focuses on being aware of our spiritual, physical, intellectual, relational and emotional well-being.  By balancing our whole beingness, with a mindful awareness of our energies in each area, we can help to rebalance and adjust our lives. 

This 8-week program is a start.  You get the tools to understand the connection between the mind, body, and energies that drive us towards balance, self-awareness, to integrate emotions and make the choices that help us on the inner and outer journey that each of us must make throughout a lifetime.
