Keith Fiveson, M.Div is an Integrative Health & Wellness Coach who will help you build your life and personal mindfulness practice by being present in the moment while improving self-regulation skills to handle challenging emotional issues that arise throughout our day.

Research shows how developing mental strength through mindful practices can change one’s brain chemistry, resulting in improved cognition and enhanced memory function!  This session focuses on building circuits for optimal performance at work or school as well as dealing with stressors outside those environments–all leading towards greater peace within oneself—agonizing over past regrets suddenly becomes more manageable when there are no distractions from pain anymore because we’ve released them all together
