We use MBSR  and Positive Psychology, combined with wisdom, compassion and body, mind, somatic experientially based programs.  Self-acceptance, compassion and acting in the world in a self-directed, productive manner. We offer a gradual approach self-development and are guides-on-the-side to self-learning and development of the mind, body and spirit.  Each day we wake up to a new reality.
