We provide a  one-to-one coach based service for individuals that are dealing with relationships to self, others, people, places and things, like life, love and unresolved feelings. We use MBSR  and Positive Psychology, combined with wisdom, compassion and body, mind, somatic experientially based programs.  Self-acceptance, compassion and acting in the world in a self-directed, productive manner. Self-aware.

We offer a gradual approach self-development and are guides-on-the-side to self-learning and development of the mind, body and spirit.  Each day we wake up to a new reality.

Neuroscience based, these lessons will engage your left brain, the rational side of your mind. The ongoing practice of mindfulness will engage your right brain, the more intuitive side of your mind. By engaging both sides of your brain you will become more balanced, alive, and aware of your surroundings.

Our courses include the complete mind-body connection, what we eat, our mind, emotional regulation, breathing, visualization and how to use compassion to regulate or co-regulate.

We focus on a secular approach, that is  based upon a 2500 year old Buddhist tradition.  We guarantee your results, by asking you to use your own experience to validate those results.
