Mindful Monday’s Group Sit & Merit

This event provides a space to practice mindfulness in the company of others. Experience does not matter, each week we read, practice and share with other like mindful individuals. Suggested donation $10.00.

Start your day with a SNACK BITE, early morning risers can jump over hump day with these mindfulness reminders of body, mind and emotion.  We give you just the right blend of Eastern and Western philosophy too.

Mindful Men’s Group for Kings, Warriors, Magician’s & Lovers 

This group will focus men in today and yesterday’s roles, as well as rituals of boys to men. We will map the hero’s journey, using Carl Jung and Joseph Campbell hero’s mythology and archetypes. Limit 5 Men, 5 alternate Wed – Starting March 2019
